RIM-TAPE - Rubber tube rim tape
Rubber strip for laying in the well of your wheel before fitting an inner tube, supplied in 17" size only, for smaller size applications the tape can be pulled apart at the joint, trimmed and re-glued, with a new hole punched through for the valve.
